Meet your hosts
President
Christopher has been marketing the arts for more than 30 years. He was last in-house at New York City Center where he served as Director of Marketing. In 2013, he teamed up with founder Erik Gensler to establish CI, which has become one of North America’s premier consultancies serving the arts.
Vice President
Yosaif leads the Analytics team at CI. He is passionate about websites and their usability, and partners with clients to collect great data, analyze it in new ways, and take action on it. Prior to CI, he built data practices at Huge and AKQA – two global digital design agencies – and it was there that his passion for leveraging data for marketing and UX purposes was ignited.
Principal Consultant
Ally brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and fundraising for the arts to her role as a Principal Consultant specializing in both website analytics and digital marketing. Prior to joining CI, she worked for several prominent modern dance companies in NYC. She received a BA in dance and art history from Barnard College and an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business’ Bolz Center for Arts Administration at UW Madison.
Senior Consultant
Alana has worked in the cultural and nonprofit sectors for nearly 15 years, specializing in digital marketing, content and brand strategy, and digital experiences. Before joining Capacity Interactive, she served as a Senior Strategy Consultant at LaPlaca Cohen and the Digital Marketing Manager at Alvin Ailey. She began her career as an arts journalist in public radio. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring Brooklyn, art shows, and recipes.
