You have the reins on your email campaigns and remain in control. We’re happy to advise on segmentation, timing, and content, but you know your audience and organization best, so you can pull the lists and hit send on any content we create for you.
Can CI get my automated email to work?
CI is happy to help with strategy, timing, and content around automated emails. However, most automated emails require a solid connection between your Email Service Provider and Customer Relationship Manager database. CI does not offer consulting around CRM databases – your CRM and ESP support teams are the best equipped to handle these questions.
