Imutinyan joined Capacity Interactive after working in non-profit Marketing and Production for three years.

Selia
Aponte

 

Selia joined the Capacity Interactive team after receiving her MBA and MA in Arts Administration from the University of Cincinnati and working as an arts marketing professional for several years.

Outside of work, Selia can be found trying out new recipes in the kitchen, writing for her Substack blog, or watching garbage reality TV with her husband and two cats.

Barth

 

Helena joined the Capacity Interactive team after working in marketing, business, and audience services at arts organizations including the Richmond Symphony and Studio Theatre, as well as e-commerce marketing and creative strategy at Wayfair.

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, hiking, live performances, and making elaborate cheese boards.

Sarah
Berry

 

Sarah joined the Capacity Interactive team after earning her M.P.A. with a focus in Arts and Cultural Management from the College of Charleston. She previously worked as the Education Coordinator at the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art, interned with the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, and worked as an Educator and Curriculum Developer in South Korea.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, staying active, creating art, and visiting cultural institutions.

Berube

 

Jess joined Capacity Interactive after graduating with a MA in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.

Outside the office, she’s often found doodling, vintage shopping or performing standup for her cat, Mitski.

Kevin
Bianchi

 

Kevin joined Capacity Interactive’s Ops team after holding positions at Roundabout Theatre Company, Scott Rudin Productions, The Mine Agency and other arts orgs in New York City and across the country.

In the wild, Kevin can be found at Dunkin Donuts, in the city’s bike lanes, or musing about musical theatre on his podcast, Sentimental Men.

Ali
Blount

 

Ali joined the Capacity Interactive team after working in marketing and management at Roundabout Theatre Company and the Huntington Theatre Company. She received a bachelor’s degree with honors in English from Harvard University and then earned her master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.

Outside of the office, Ali enjoys traveling, baking, seeing all the theater she can, reading, and—most of all—spending time with her husband and children.

Bunting

 

Shannon graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts of Music Performance and also a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management. She is thrilled to be a part of the the Capacity Interactive team after 6 years of working in the finance industry.

Shannon enjoys cooking, working out at her local CrossFit gym and spending time on the beach whenever possible.

Christopher

 

Sara joined the CI team after working front of house at various off-broadway theaters and as the Marketing Fellow at Playwrights Horizons. She is a proud alumna of Hunter College where she double majored in Theatre and Media.

In her free time she can be found eating copious amounts of mac and cheese and traveling around the country trying to visit all 50 states in her lifetime.

Yosaif
Cohain

 

Yosaif leads analytics, SEO, and site optimization projects at Capacity Interactive. Previously, he was Director of Analytics at Huge and at AKQA, where he built teams that leveraged data to inform the strategy behind website redesign and optimization projects.

Outside the office, Yosaif loves cycling and snowboarding, and is continually searching for that perfect slice of (vegan) NY pizza.

Sana
Colter

 

Sana joined Capacity Interactive after 6+ years working in arts administration at the New York State Council on the Arts and 10+ years as a musical performer. She received a BM in Music Performance and Music Technology from Rutgers University.

Outside of work, you can find Sana exploring new plant-based recipes and restaurants, working out, composing music, or traveling to engage in the arts across the globe.

Laura
Dauksewicz

 

Laura joined the Capacity Interactive team after holding various positions within the performing arts world, hospitality, and events.

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys attending plays, consuming all forms of audio content, hosting meals for friends, and seeking out every new restaurant in Queens.

Ally
Duffey Cubilette

 

Ally joined Capacity Interactive after receiving an M.B.A. with a concentration in arts administration from the Bolz Center for Arts Administration at the Wisconsin School of Business. Before that, she worked in marketing and fundraising for non-profit performing arts organizations, including the Cunningham Dance Foundation, Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet, Pilobolus, and Overture Center for the Arts.

In her spare time, Ally loves to cook, do yoga, and explore all New York City has to offer. She also enjoys living vicariously by attending as many dance performances as possible.

Dutrisac

 

Laura joined Capacity Interactive after becoming a double Badger with a BBA in Marketing and a Master’s in Arts and Creative Enterprise Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business.

In her free time, she loves traveling to new places, attending arts and cultural events, reading a good book, trying new recipes, and adding new beers to her Untappd list.

Rachel
Eisemann

 

Rachel is a graduate of Bard College and joined the Capacity Interactive team after working in many roles at non-profit performing arts organizations with a focus on marketing, development, and the patron experience.

When not searching for the best ramen and buffalo wings, she can be found at live shows/performances, The Impressionists galleries at The Met, and the dog park in Washington Square Park.

Madelyn
Frascella

 

Madelyn joined Capacity Interactive after nine years in the music industry at a PR firm where she wore hats as varied as publicist, logistics, events management, and business development.

Madelyn spends her free time seeing as much NYC theater as possible, sewing, attending comic conventions, singing and dancing in musicals with AfterWork Theater, and obsessing over her cat, Arya.

Molly
Garber

 

Molly joined the Capacity Interactive team with a love of theater and eight years of experience working as a marketing specialist for a national professional services firm.

Though she isn’t currently performing on stage, Molly is an active theater-goer, museum visitor, and ice-cream taste tester.

Erik
Gensler

 

Erik founded Capacity Interactive in 2008 and Digital Marketing Boot Camp for the Arts in 2011. Erik is a sought-after speaker on digital marketing for the arts. He’s presented at Opera America, The League of Resident Theaters, Tessitura, and Dance USA, among others. He has guest lectured at Yale, Columbia, and NYU.

Erik began his career at Marakon Associates, an international management consulting firm, and built his career at NBC Universal, New York City Opera, and The Marketing Group, where he worked with non-profit arts clients. When not at work Erik enjoys cycling, running, cooking, the beach, seeing shows and spending time with his rambunctious dog.

Jeanette
Genson

 

Jeanette joined the Capacity Interactive team after eight years working in event management and social media marketing. She is passionate about the connection between arts and culture accessibility and social justice.

In her free time you can find her visiting museums, trying different restaurants around NYC, and taking her dog on road trips.

Jacqui
Kaiser Gerber

 

Jacqui has worked in digital marketing and advertising for the arts since completing her MFA in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University in 2009.

Over the years she has promoted commercial Broadway, off-Broadway productions, as well as non-profit regional arts and cultural organizations. She has two small children who she tries to wrangle into a running stroller when the stars align.

Goldberg

 

Alison joined the Capacity Interactive team after working in Development in non-profit organizations across theatre and film, including the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC and the Film Society of Lincoln Center.

When she’s not at work, Alison is catching up on television, people-watching and pretending to not care about how good her brunch looks on Instagram.

Gomez

 

Aly joined Capacity Interactive after almost nine years with the Marketing department at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.

Outside of work, you can find her with her husband Sebastian and baby Miles, or hanging from the ceiling on her sling, silks or lyra.

Shira
Green

 

Shira joined the Capacity Interactive team in 2014 after working in development at UJA-Federation of New York.

She then completed an MA in Arts Administration at Columbia University, during which time she held internships at The Whitney Museum of American Art and The Public Theater.

Jacquelyn
Gutierrez

 

After earning her BFA at Carnegie Mellon University Jacquelyn spent time as an artist and designer in Los Angeles before relocating to New York. She loves working in the arts and has a strong affinity for old buildings.

When she’s not at CI, she’s at the theatre watching plays, walking museums, taking in architecture, or going for runs around Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

Alana
Harper

 

Alana has been working in the cultural and nonprofit sectors for over a decade, specializing in digital marketing, content and brand strategy, and digital experiences. Before joining Capacity Interactive, she served as a Senior Strategy Consultant at LaPlaca Cohen and the Digital Marketing Manager at Alvin Ailey.

When she’s not working, you can find her walking across Brooklyn, listening to music and podcasts, or developing her improvisational cooking skills.

Megan
Helmers

 

Megan joined Capacity Interactive after seven years as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at the Des Moines Symphony.

Outside of work, you can find her directing and choreographing local productions, traveling, making elaborate birthday cakes for her nieces, or snuggling with her husband and cats.

Jess
Isgro

 

Jess joined the Capacity Interactive team after finishing her Master of Arts in Arts Administration at Columbia University in May 2017, as well as completing the Capacity Interactive internship program.

When she’s not at CI, you can find Jess on the quest for the city’s best cup of coffee, attempting to perfect the art of homemade pizza, or voraciously consuming music.

Priya
Iyer Doshi

 

Priya spent a handful years as a Consultant at Capacity Interactive and rejoined in mid-2021 in the role of President. Previously, she worked in marketing and sales on Broadway and lived in NYC for several years. In 2019, she moved to Southern California, and during her CI hiatus, she spent time leading the client services team at a full-service creative agency in sunny San Diego.

Outside of work, you can find Priya soaking up the sun, dancing or exercising, spending lots of time with friends and family, traveling with her partner Neil, cuddling with her dog Bibo, or taking some quiet time to unwind and meditate.

Adelaide
Jenkins

 

Adelaide joined Capacity Interactive after completing multiple internships in the arts, including the Capacity Interactive internship program. She graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a degree in Psychology, where she was also in an a cappella group, performed in musicals, and worked in the costume shop at her school’s theater.

As a native New Yorker, Adelaide has been involved in the NYC arts world her entire life. In her free time, she can be found cuddling with her cats, listening to true crime podcasts, and working on expanding the Playbill collection she’s been building since she was 5.

Kindler

 

Sam joined the Capacity Interactive team after working as the Off-Broadway Company Manager for Manhattan Theatre Club at NY City Center. She graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Drama & Dance and now resides in Brooklyn with her husband and her dog Piper.

Outside of the office, Sam loves to travel, hike, see shows, and explore new bars and restaurants in her neighborhood.

Holly
Kinney

 

Holly joined Capacity Interactive after two decades of work in commercial and not-for-profit theatre. She began her career as an AEA stage manager and transitioned to work in finance and operations. She previously worked at Manhattan Theatre Club, The Dramatists Guild, and managed Broadway public relations firm Boneau/Bryan-Brown.

In her free time, Holly enjoys both board and video games, reading anything with historical perspective, seeing plays and musicals, and generally lounging with her spouse and cat.

Lake

 

Chynna joined Capacity Interactive after working in marketing, communications, and customer service for various arts and cultural organizations.

She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing.

Devin
Law

 

Devin joined the Capacity Interactive team after working 8 years as an in-house and freelance graphic designer. She has a deep affinity for design and the arts.

When she’s not at work, you can often find Devin working on a new sculpture or rummaging through a thrift store.

Stacie
Louis-Jacques

 

Stacie joined the Capacity Interactive team after studying Arts & Creative Industries Management at Kedge Business School in Paris, France.

Outside of work, she can be found enjoying theatre, capturing content for her socials, or saving the environment one piece of thrifted clothing at a time.

Olivia
Lowe

 

Olivia was raised 12 miles from Manhattan in Montclair, NJ. She joined Capacity Interactive after completing CI’s summer internship program and graduating from Mount Holyoke College with degrees in Physics and Dance.

On the rare occasion that she’s not on stage, Olivia may be found horseback riding, butchering some brownie recipe, or jamming out to her favorite House track.

Becky
Ludkiewicz

 

Becky has worked in arts marketing for 10+ years and joined CI in 2014 after 3 years at the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. She received her MBA with a specialization in Performing Arts Administration from the University of Delaware.

She resides in New Jersey with her partner, two-year-old, and rescue dog and she appreciates all kinds of puns.

Emmy
Lustig

 

Emmy joined Capacity Interactive after working in non-profit marketing and communications for three years and has been with CI since 2017.

Outside of work, you can find her playing with her puppy Alfie and exploring nearby parks. She loves the outdoors, traveling, discovering new art exhibitions, and visiting her neighborhood bakery.

Martin

 

Kerri is excited to join CI after being a part of marketing teams for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University, Peace Center for the Performing Arts, First Book, and Asolo Repertory Theatre. She has a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University.

When not working, she likes to hang upside from things (training in aerial dance!), go on adventures (big or small!), relax with her puppy, and eat cookies.

Martinez

 

Natalie joined the Capacity Interactive team after graduating from Fordham University and completing the Capacity Interactive internship program.

In her free time, Natalie can be found rushing broadway musicals, coaching volleyball, playing with makeup or taking on Pinterest projects.

Delphine
Mason

 

Delphine was born and raised in Atlanta and is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S. in Marketing and an M.S. in Marketing intelligence. She joined Capacity as an intern in undergrad and full time while completing her Master’s.

In her freetime Delphine can be found enjoying theater, visiting every coffee shop in her neighborhood, and trying to make every recipe in Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat.

Erin joined Capacity Interactive after graduating from Butler University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration-music and a minor in Strategic Communication. She is passionate about working on behalf of meaningful missions, especially those related to the arts.

In her free time, you can find her curled up with a good book, trying a new local coffee spot, or in the kitchen whipping up a dish to share with her friends and family.

Karen joined the Capacity Interactive team after six years working in marketing for performing arts organizations. She is equal parts digital storyteller and data-driven nerd, obsessed with creating content that’s relevant and timely.

Outside of work, you can find Karen kayaking, baking, or discussing the wonders of public libraries.

Stephanie joined Capacity Interactive after graduating from New York University with a BFA in Studio Art and a minor in Media, Culture, and Communications.

When she’s not reading a new book on her commute home, you can find her exploring new eateries throughout the city. She is always up for trying new things and loves to dance and listen to music.

Cecily
Moore

 

Cecily joined the Capacity Interactive team after 5 1/2 years of in-house design work at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts where she was a Senior Designer.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Cecily holed up in Queens drawing, painting, crafting, binge-watching the latest crime docu-series (or re-watching The Golden Girls) while snuggling with her three cats, or visiting modern art museums with friends to ignite her with inspiration for her next creative endeavor.

Mandy joined the Capacity Interactive team after 20 years of work in non-profits, most recently leading The Philadelphia Orchestra’s digital team.

Outside of work, you can find Mandy exploring Philadelphia’s neighborhoods, spending time with her family, or seeking out the best local ingredients at the farmer’s market.

Nathaniel

 

Austin joined the Capacity Interactive Operations Team following more than fifteen years of managing theatres in both the not-for-profit and commercial worlds. He spent a decade with the Nederlander Organization where he helped maintain and operate some of Broadway’s most historic theatres and was privileged to help bring many productions to the stage, such as An American In Paris, Kristin Chenoweth: My Love Letter to Broadway, and Hamilton.

Austin’s deep passion for theatre follows him home, but he also loves old-school sitcoms, science fiction and fantasy in all its forms, any great novel, politics, astronomy, and cooking anything and everything he can get his hands on.

Nick joined the Capacity Interactive team in 2013. Previously, he worked in Account Services at Serino Coyne, a Broadway advertising agency, and before that, in Development at Roundabout Theatre Company and Manhattan Theatre Club.

Stephanie joined Capacity Interactive after six years working in the jewelry industry and finishing a Masters of Arts Administration at Baruch College.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling to new places, reading a good book, visiting art museums, and creating jewelry in her home studio.

Ayibatari joined the Capacity Interactive team after graduating from Smith College.

In her free time, she likes to watch classic films, go on adventures, & curl up with a good Agatha Christie book.

Krisi
Packer

 

Krisi joined Capacity Interactive after working in the public radio world as a reporter, producer, and most recently, Associate Director of Marketing and Communications at StoryCorps. Krisi planned and executed digital and traditional communications strategies for the nonprofit and secured national media coverage.

Krisi is a music lover and you will find her at a variety of live performances. She also loves the Golden Girls and is always looking for a good vintage store find.

Pasch

 

Bailey joined the Capacity Interactive team after earning her M.B.A. with an emphasis in Theater Management. She has previously worked with Center Theatre Group, Playwrights Horizons, and California Repertory Company, as well as NBC Universal, Showtime, and Warner Brothers studios.

An avid theatergoer, traveler, and feminist, Bailey can often be found going on adventures with her partner Sofia and their rescue mutt Gumbo.

Jenna joined the Capacity Interactive team after working for seven years at Jazz at Lincoln Center in marketing and fundraising.

Though a retired violist, she loves attending all things performing arts and also enjoys snowboarding, cooking, and binge-watching Hulu.

Christopher joined the Capacity Interactive team after five years of work with various non-profit theatre organizations including The National Asian-American Theatre Company, The Lark and MCC Theatre.

Outside work, you can find Chris writing stories in a hopefully not blank word doc, creating a Spotify playlist, or daydreaming about the next vacation destination.

Richardson

 

Maggie joined the Capacity Interactive team after completing her M.A. in Arts Administration at Columbia University and finishing the Capacity Interactive internship program.

Maggie enjoys traveling, visiting art museums, attempting to make homemade bread, and binge-watching the latest murder mystery series.

Meghan
Roberts

 

Meghan joined Capacity Interactive after completing multiple arts administration internships. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with degrees in Dance and Public Relations.

Outside of work, Meghan likes to explore new restaurants around NYC, catch a comedy show or live music, hike and camp outside the city, and hang with her cat Ophelia.

Anna joined the Capacity Interactive team after working at the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra in both audience development and as a substitute musician.

Outside of work, Anna loves to make breakfast food, learn about the Enneagram, and lounge at home with her husband Mike and cats Lulu and Tosca.

Molly joined the Capacity Interactive team after six years of work in the Artistic and Development departments at Signature Theatre.

Outside of work, you can find Molly patiently waiting in line at the post office, exploring National Parks, or performing with AfterWork Theater.

Delaney
Sterling

 

Delaney joins the Capacity Interactive team after working in the Development department at Goodman Theatre. Previously, she worked at Writers Theatre in both the Box Office and Advancement departments.

Outside of work, you can find Delaney curling up with a good book, cheering on her hometown teams, or spending an evening at the theatre.

Gina joined the Capacity Interactive team after five years in Special Events and Corporate Relations at Roundabout Theatre Company.

Outside of work, she can be found at the theatre, running in Central Park, or saying hi to every dog she comes across.

Dan
Titmuss

 

Daniel joined the Capacity Interactive team after immigrating from the United Kingdom, where he graduated from the University of Bristol and worked in affiliate marketing.

Outside the office, he can be found writing and performing comedy, obsessing over movies, and cooking ambitious meals with varying levels of success.

Lauren
Tooley

 

Lauren joined Capacity Interactive after graduating with degrees in Dance and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completing the Capacity Interactive internship program.

In her free time, Lauren can be found playing with her puppy, Rigatoni, exploring the great outdoors, taking dance classes, and sipping on the best cup of coffee she can find.

Tatiana is a graduate of Boston University. She joined Capacity Interactive after working in production and marketing.

Outside of the office, you can find her performing, traveling, or seeing live art/shows.

Whitty

 

Jane joined the Capacity Interactive team after receiving her MA in Performing Arts Administration from NYU, during which time she interned at Signature Theatre, Playwrights Realm, and was the Operations Assistant at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts.

Jane spends her free time exploring the city in search of the best bourbon bar (feel free to email her with any suggestions) and Instagraming photos of her cat (@whittyj).

McKenzie
Wilkes

 

McKenzie joins Capacity Interactive after finding her passion for marketing the arts during her tenure at Writers Theatre in Chicagoland. Her experience as a theatre artist emboldens her love for creating meaningful connections and experiences through the arts and marketing.

Outside of work, you can find her cooking for her future wife, watching tons of old films with her cats, and most likely drinking a Dr. Pepper.

Christopher
Williams

 

Christopher has been marketing the arts across the country for nearly 30 years at Performing Arts Centers, the Coconut Grove Playhouse, and New York City Center where he served as Director of Marketing before joining Capacity Interactive in 2013.

Outside of the office, Christopher is an avid gardener, retired marathoner/triathlete, balletomane, transit geek, infrastructure nerd, and classic cinema aficionado.

Harumi
Yoshida

 

Harumi joined Capacity Interactive after graduating from Baruch College and completing a data analytics apprenticeship at CO-OP.

When not working, you’ll find her traveling the world, reading, or going to cultural venues in the city. She really enjoys quality time with friends, so more often than not you’ll find her socializing in different parts of the city with them!

Emma joined Capacity Interactive after six years working on the marketing team at Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Outside of Capacity Interactive, Emma can be found attending classical and jazz performances, cooking, and exploring her new home of Philadelphia.
