Christopher has been marketing the arts for more than 30 years. He was last in-house at New York City Center where he served as Director of Marketing. In 2013, he teamed up with founder Erik Gensler to establish CI, which has become one of North America’s premier consultancies serving the arts.

Alison is an experienced marketing strategist, and leads email consulting at Capacity Interactive. She joined CI after working at non-profit organizations across theater and film. Alison is interested in helping our industry navigate changes in audience behavior as technology evolves. She pulls from her experiences in Development at Film at Lincoln Center and the Shakespeare Theatre Company, and working with Capacity Interactive clients across several artistic disciplines to lead clients to success.

Emma joined CI after six years on the marketing team at Jazz at Lincoln Center. At CI, she manages all facets of digital advertising including Meta, Display, YouTube, and Search Engine Marketing for her portfolio of clients. While her expertise is in classical music and jazz, she loves working with organizations of every genre to help them meet their goals through digital marketing. Outside of work, she loves to attend concerts, cook, and explore her home of Philadelphia.
