Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships
We are seeking a relationship-driven Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships to support our Business Development Team. This role will focus on building long-term connections, developing tailored solutions, and securing high-impact agreements that advance CI’s mission and value to the field. As a visible ambassador for CI, the successful candidate will represent the organization at conferences and industry gatherings while spending significant time traveling to meet with prospective partners in person. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Development, this role is central to expanding CI’s reach through trust, collaboration, and thought leadership.

Analyst, Digital Marketing
We’re seeking to bring on a new group of Analysts to help power the foundation of our work and elevate the impact we deliver to our clients. This role will focus on key responsibilities such as:
