Yosaif leads the Analytics team at CI. He is passionate about websites and their usability, and partners with clients to collect great data, analyze it in new ways, and take action on it. Prior to CI, he built data practices at Huge and AKQA – two global digital design agencies – and it was there that his passion for leveraging data for marketing and UX purposes was ignited.

Ally brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and fundraising for the arts to her role as a Principal Consultant specializing in both website analytics and digital marketing. Prior to joining CI, she worked for several prominent modern dance companies in NYC. She received a BA in dance and art history from Barnard College and an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business’ Bolz Center for Arts Administration at UW Madison.

Jeanette joined the Capacity team after eight years of working in brand management and social media marketing. At Capacity, she geeks out over all things SEO and digital marketing strategy in order to share the arts with diverse audiences from coast to coast. She brings a decade of versatile industry experience into every partnership, combining her love of all things arts and culture with her left brain tendencies. In her spare time you can find her obsessing over reality television and sports, and hanging out with her 13-year old puppy, Anika.

Karen joined the Capacity Interactive team after six years working in marketing for performing arts organizations. At CI, she spends the majority of her days crafting free educational resources like blog posts and webinars, producing CI to Eye with Monica Holt, and planning our annual Boot Camp conference. Outside of work, you can find me kayaking, baking, or discussing the wonders of public libraries.

Rachel rejoined the Capacity team in 2024 as Director, Marketing and Content. Before that, she spent a year and a half on the paid media team at Trustpilot, an online review platform – and before THAT, she was a consultant at Capacity for nearly 8 years. She is an obsessive lover of the arts, with particular weaknesses for Shakespeare, ballet, and musical theater. You can also catch her volunteering at the American Museum of Natural History every other Saturday!

Jane joined CI in 2013 after graduating from NYU with a MA in Arts Administration. In her day-to-day, she serves her clients and team through a combination of forward-thinking strategy and empathy. Outside of work you can find her gardening, exploring, and engaging in lively debates with her cat, Quincy.
