2024 Cultural Compass Presentation in Chicago

Shira joined Capacity Interactive in 2014, after completing an M.A. in Arts Administration at Columbia University, during which time she held internships at The Whitney Museum of American Art and The Public Theater. She is an experienced arts administrator with expertise in digital marketing strategy and implementation across genres. Though she has roots in the Northeast, she currently lives in Chicago with her husband, son, and rambunctious yellow lab.

Delaney joined Capacity Interactive after three years working on the Development team at Goodman Theatre. Previously, she also worked at Writers Theatre in both the Audience Services and Advancement departments. Outside of work, you can find her curling up with a good book, cheering on her hometown teams (Go, Cubs!), or spending an evening at the theatre.
