Our missions are critical, and our purpose is clear: every person, performance, and step towards the future—no matter how small—is essential.

600+ Attendees Learned Together at Boot Camp 2024

Boot Camp 2024 was exhilarating, immersive, and enlightening. Held at The Times Center in New York City and streamed online, this conference brought together hundreds of arts marketers and leaders to connect and learn from each other.

The Inaugural Issue of Cultural Compass Was Published

This year marked the debut release of 2024 Cultural Compass: Digital Marketing Benchmarks to Guide Arts and Cultural Institutions, with findings drawn from the 2023 digital advertising data from 150+ arts organizations across the United States and Canada. The study offers data-backed answers to our industry’s marketing curiosities.

We shared findings from this study across the US and in the UK over the course of the year.

1 Year Completed as an ESOP ?

Last year, CI became employee-owned through an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan). Being employee-owned means that members of the CI team have a personal stake in the growth and impact of our work. It fosters a culture where our goals are not just business objectives, but shared priorities that drive us forward together. As partners in the arts and culture sector, we believe this unique model strengthens our ability to deliver the strategic solutions and exceptional service that help arts and culture thrive.

We were thrilled to celebrate 1 year (and beyond, now!) of ESOP ownership in 2024. This opportunity to invest in our employees is a privilege and just one of the many benefits we’re proud to offer our team.
