Ally Duffey Cubilette
Principal Consultant
Ally brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and fundraising for the arts to her role as a Principal Consultant specializing in both website analytics and digital marketing. Prior to joining CI, she worked for several prominent modern dance companies in NYC. She received a BA in dance and art history from Barnard College and an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business’ Bolz Center for Arts Administration at UW Madison.
Christopher Williams
President
Christopher has been marketing the arts for more than 30 years. He was last in-house at New York City Center where he served as Director of Marketing. In 2013, he teamed up with founder Erik Gensler to establish CI, which has become one of North America’s premier consultancies serving the arts.
Emma Zeger
Senior Consultant
Emma joined CI after six years on the marketing team at Jazz at Lincoln Center. At CI, she manages all facets of digital advertising including Meta, Display, YouTube, and Search Engine Marketing for her portfolio of clients. While her expertise is in classical music and jazz, she loves working with organizations of every genre to help them meet their goals through digital marketing. Outside of work, she loves to attend concerts, cook, and explore her home of Philadelphia.

Jacqui Kaiser Gerber

Jacqui has worked in digital marketing and advertising for the arts since completing her MFA in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University in 2009. Over the years she has promoted commercial Broadway, off-Broadway productions, as well as non-profit regional arts and cultural organizations. Behind the scenes at CI, she supports professional development around team leadership, client consulting, and building colleague connections.
