About the Roundtable

Capacity is convening a series of in-person executive roundtables for senior leaders in arts and cultural organizations to create space for candid, peer-driven conversation about the accelerating impact of AI.

Over the past two years, we’ve been working closely with arts leaders as they wrestle with what generative AI means for their organizations—what to try, what to avoid, what feels promising, and what feels genuinely unsettling. These sessions are designed to help leaders step back from day-to-day execution and make sense of what’s changing, together.

This is not a presentation or a sales session. It’s a facilitated discussion shaped by the experiences, questions, and concerns in the room.
