As the Solutions Specialist & Email Analyst, your primary responsibility is ensuring CI is providing the best possible support and strategic guidance to Behavior Infuser and Leadacity clients. This new role reports to the Vice President, Client Strategy, and works closely with the Vice President, Analytics, the Director of Business Development, and Director of Marketing and Content.


Building excellent client relationships, anticipating their needs and ensuring their successful use of our product solutions.

Overseeing all steps of onboarding new Behavior Infuser and Leadacity clients, including collaborating with internal team members and external vendors to implement, train and execute.

Providing ongoing support to Behavior Infuser and Leadacity clients, including consulting on lead collection, email strategy and performance; and coordinating with external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Working with internal team members and external vendors to support the marketing, new business and product development needs of Behavior Infuser and Leadacity.

Ensuring you stay up-to-speed on latest email best practices and marketing technology and automation trends.

Monitoring performance and client success and making recommendations to improve the product solutions and our related offerings.

Hosting webinars and giving internal and external presentations as the subject matter expert on our product solutions.

Provide administrative and project management support for our product solutions, including invoicing, contract renewals, and serving as the primary point person for outside vendors.

Experience managing external vendors.

3+ years of email marketing experience in a non-profit organization.

WordFly and Tessitura experience a plus.


This is a full-time position with benefits, including but not limited to the following:
