As an analyst on our Analytics team, your primary responsibilities will be to work directly with clients to define and deploy web analytics solutions and to analyze data in order to identify actionable insights around user engagement. This role reports to the Vice President, Analytics.

Responsibilities:

Auditing existing Google Analytics tracking solutions to identify data quality issues and gaps in data collection

Defining and implementing custom tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager

Partnering with clients as the Capacity Interactive lead on your analytics projects, serving as the subject matter expert for analytics while functioning as the representative for CI, exhibiting the necessary CI values and client management skills

Collaborating with and supporting Capacity Interactive team members to ensure proper campaign tracking is in place

Analyzing user data in order to tell a story about user engagement and site performance, with actionable and relevant recommendations for the client

Training clients how to utilize the platforms we customize and how to leverage the data on their own

Ensuring you stay up-to-speed on latest advancements and changes in digital analytics world

Creating blog posts and sharing findings/new developments, both for our clients and for our internal team

The Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following:

A passion for the arts

A strong intellectual curiosity and the initiative to experiment with new techniques and approaches

Strong quantitative analytical skills

Demonstrated interest in user experience design concepts and principles

Above average Excel skills

The ability to translate complex and nuanced items to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds

A desire to have ownership of analytics projects and an ability to multitask while working across multiple clients

An ability to manage your own deadlines and work independently with limited oversight

Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio – or with any other analytics platform or programming language – is not required, but please tell us if you have this experience

Details:

This is a full-time position with benefits, including but not limited to the following:

4 weeks paid vacation plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s and a smattering of other holidays

Half-days every Friday between Memorial Day and Labor Day
